ANGKOR WAT

We only stayed in Siam Reap for one day. But that day would never be forgotten. Because we had the chance to visit the largest religious monument in the world. The City of Temples, Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

Angkor is considered an important archeological site in South East Asia. It is so big that you need atleast 1 day to go around this temple.

We woke very early just to see the sunrise in Angkor Wat.

After the sunrise we went around the main temple Angkor Wat. We didn’t mind the scorching heat because we were determine to enjoy the place and take good photos.

After Angkor Wat we also went to see the Bayon Temple (which was my favorite), Angkor Thom and many more. It was literally a lot that I forgot their names.

I hope you would add Angkor Wat to your travel list because it’s a national heritage. In which UNESCO has set up a wide-ranging programme to safeguard this symbolic site and its surroundings.

Then for our dinner we ate at Khmer Restaurant food was so delicious it was worth the wait!

 That’s it!

Regards,

Joamar-John
