EN ROUTE TO VIETNAM

It took us almost day to reach Vietnam. We left Hoi Chi Minh City at 8AM. Then, we has two stop overs before we reached Phnom Penh at 4PM. We rode Giant Ibis. It was a good choice because the trip was comfortable and convenient.

We had to pass through the Immigration. It only took us about five minutes to be allowed to enter. We’re quite lucky — not too many tourists were around that time.

We stayed in Luan Vu Hotel, located at Pham Ngu Lao Street.  It’s along the backpacker strip. It’s also accessible to restaurants, spas, and souvenir shops.

After resting for few hours, we roamed around the streets of Saigon (the old name of Hoi Chi Minh). Saigon was undeniably alive and vibrant.

This was our first night. Will be posting the activities we did on my next post.

That’s it!
